 Bridge Tower Homes is a Texas-based residential homebuilder with operations throughout the Sunbelt. BT Homes builds single-family detached homes, townhomes, and duplexes in urban core infill and suburban locations. BT Homes's expertise includes acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, and new home sales for Build-For-Sale and Build-For-Rent clients. Bridge Tower constructs and delivers 400+ new homes a year. 

The position will raise institutional and high-net-worth capital, maintain investor relationships, and build new connections.

Overview 
We are hiring a Director of Investor Relations who will be based in Dallas. The in-office position will take up the ongoing fundraising, capital raising, and investor relations responsibilities. The professional hired for this position will work closely with the managing partners of the firm to develop and refine the company's capital-raising strategy and take the lead in securing new partnerships. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Establish a strong relationship with a diverse investor base, including high-net-worth investors, family offices, institutions, and private equity firms
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our investment philosophy and culture to present to prospective investors
  • Manage all due diligence questionnaires and respond to investor inquiries
  • Collaborate with leaders and employees throughout the company
  • Manage investor communication and reporting - including drafting investor letters, coordinating and scheduling investor meetings 
  •  Develop new sourcing and outreach strategies to reach new potential investors
  • Partner with the Marketing Team to deliver high-quality, polished presentations
  • Develop pitch decks
  • 25% travel required to represent Bridge Tower at conferences and meet investors across the country
  • In-office position based in Dallas when not traveling
Knowledge & Skills:
  • 6 years in a similar experience 
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships 
  • Proven ability to lead and execute sales strategy 
  • Ability to build positive connections with other people easily, and maintain professional relationships 
  • Understand the current market and industry trends 
  • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions based heavily on facts, data, and/or metrics 
  • Strong verbal & written communication, with the ability to communicate complex concepts accurately and persuasively 
  • Strong ability to work within a team setting, inclusive of other's ideas, and a willingness to cooperate & collaborate to solve complex problems 

Qualifications
  •  Undergraduate degree, preferably in a related field (Finance/Economics, Real Estate, Real Estate Development, etc.) 
  • Minimum of 6 years of verifiable investment experience

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
